Larry Pearlman is a Senior Executive with exceptional leadership skills and expertise in assessing and building effective corporate cultures. Pearlman is a skilled facilitator specializing in building strong communication systems and team development. He brings a deep background in business and expertise in professional development training, combining to give him a practical, results-based orientation.

CEO’S and entrepreneurs have sought Larry out for his directed, motivational, results-oriented approach.  He is known for his facility in teaching, clear focus of purpose, direct communication, and is highly skilled at helping to develop game plans that include goal-setting, team-building and accountability for results.  His work has a special focus on creating and maintaining exceptional client loyalty over time.

Larry believes in combining business goals and personal principles, and has extensive experience in building community/business partnerships and models of social entrepreneurship. He currently sits on the Boards of Sunday Love, and formerly served on the boards of Philadelphia Futures and Depaul USA.
